Only 23 miles to Grants.

Woke up and starting hiking fast today. There is a saying I like to live by " 10 by 10". If you can hike 10 miles by 10 am it's going to be a good day. I haven't made there yet but we did get to 9.5 by 10 today. That's pretty close.  We kept on moving because the all you can day Chinese buffet was waiting. Around 1100 a car full of hikers showed up on the dirt road we were walking on; The Chosen Hiker, Viper and Reststop. They took our packs and we hiked the remaining 11 miles to Grants even faster. We made it to town by 1400.

Chosen had a car so we got a ride to Walmart and the Tasty Kitchen. It was a good day. I'll leave you with a thought. Imagine 5 homeless people in a already dirty hotel room doing laundry in the sink and unpacking all of their belongings all over the place. I'm happy to say that I've finally become immune to the smell.
